1. What if I do not love the samples I receive?
We carefully hand select the samples we send, so we hope you love them as much as we do! But if you don’t, please do not hesitate to send us your feedback. Based on the situation we can find the right solution for you and improve ourselves in the meantime! Contact Us here!
2. What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your full-size product or there has been an error in your shipment, contact us at returns@Glymm.com and we will provide you with a shipping label. If the error is on the part of Glymm, return shipping fees will be waived. Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and a credit (minus the cost of return shipping) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
